Beth Greer has worked very hard and with a big goal in mind. She completed her first 50 miler (51 miles) at the Badwater Cape Fear. She is an example of someone that came from being self coached and stayed injured to someone that followed a plan and reached a goal she wasn’t sure she would ever be able to do. All the extras (strength, yoga, core, foam rolling and taking rest days) paid off and she reached her goal. Congrats Beth!
