Our experienced Without Limit coaches make all the difference.

As former Division-1 collegiate runners and Level 1 and Level 2 certified USA Track & Field and USA-Triathlon athletes, our youth specialty coaches know what it takes to be a great runner. We love working with young aspiring runners, even those beyond their season. That’s why we focus on developing the running mechanics of young athletes in order to prepare them for the high school and collegiate running level.

Early registration fee is $225 through May 13th. Registration will increase to $245 on May 14th. Registration includes structured running practices from Without Limits certified coaches, a team t-shirt, entry into the IOP Beach Run 5k on July 23rd, a gear-up program at a local Fleet Feet location, and much more.

Families registering two or more kids will receive a $20 discount code. All current Without Limits athletes will receive a discount for children participating in the program. About the Camp

The Without Limits Youth Cross Country Camp is open to anyone wanting to learn how to properly train for a lifetime of solid competitive running.  Our camp is designed to encourage athletes through positive reinforcement, in picturesque settings, with a goal to make life-long runners.

In wake of the pandemic, the 2020 Without Limits Youth Cross Country Camp has been broken into two sessions.  Each session will be limited to 60 campers.  Session 1 is July 11 – July 16.  Session 2 is July 17 – July 22.

We have two programs that run side by side:

HIGH SCHOOL: Since 2014 our High School Program has had top performers and teams from across the southeast. The camp is oriented for teams and individuals looking to maximize their talents as distance runners, learning from some of the top coaches in our region.

MIDDLE SCHOOL: Our Middle School program has much of the same instruction and goal acquisition, but the training and activities are tailored for our less experienced distance athletes. Eighth graders with distance running experience are frequently moved into, and excel, groupings with older runners.

Fleshing out a realistic training program based on your fitness level, goals, and time frame is our top priority. With our youth programming for the season or year, we can help the athlete find training rhythms and patterns that help develop and prepare the athlete for their season or peak race.  We will work around the high school coaches to ensure the athlete is not overtraining or doing something that does not align with the team.

One-on-One Youth Coaching Session

$60/ Hour

With a Without Limits™ Coach

Geared towards young runners and athletes of all levels looking for individual coaching and form assesment.

Fleshing out a realistic training program based on your fitness level, goals, and time frame is our top priority. With this additional coaching session, you’ll have an opportunity to personally consult with the Without Limits™ coach of your choice.

During this consultation, you’ll have the chance to discuss your athlete’s various elements of training including goals, training nutrition, and race nutrition, while our certified USA Track, Field, and Triathlon professional analyzes his or her running form and mechanics. This running program add-on also includes a personal strength training session to kickstart your training.
