We currently offer youth training programs in the Triangle Area of North Carolina

Without Limits™ practices set you up for success by leveraging behavioral synchrony—a human cultural practice that physically coordinates one’s behavior with others to keep individuals together in time. When working together, team members benefit from this behavior by releasing mood-lifting, discomfort suppressing endorphins that reduce their perceived effort of training under a given intensity. USA Track and Field certified professional athletic training for your next run race



WHAT: The Fall Cross Country session is focused on training for distances ranging from 3k to 5k in length. Throughout the season, athletes are able to come alongside other dedicated athletes and coaches for quality workouts focused on building endurance, speed, and core strength. The program also offers opportunities for the athletes to compete as a team in cross country meets both locally and across the state.

WHO:  Our training program is open to 5th-12th grades students of all abilities. We have a range of skill levels ranging from beginners to some of the fastest kids in the nation. We will adjust workouts for athletes based on their experience and ability.

WHERE/WHEN: August 8th – October 15th
Our practice locations will include  Mills Park Middle School Track, Umstead Park (Old Reedy Creek Entrance) & American Tobacco Trail (White Oak Church).

Our main practice days are Mondays & Wednesdays (5:30-7:00pm) and on Saturday mornings (8:00-9:45 AM). Note: Whenever we race on Saturday, we will either cancel the morning run or reschedule to Sunday afternoon.

Here is a typical week’s schedule for our main workouts:

Who: Athletes ages 8-17 years old. 
What: A 10-Week training program with a track focus for endurance runners. The winter is a great time to build and strengthen a runner’s foundation and help prepare them for a successful (injury free) outdoor track & field season. It also can provide opportunities for athletes in other sports like lacrosse and soccer to focus on endurance, speed, strength, & mobility. We are planning on providing a few opportunities for races but these meets will mostly serve as good opportunities to gauge our training and maybe even gain some racing experience but racing is NOT the main goal of these next couple of months…our main goal is to prepare athletes for spring track.

Geared towards runners, cyclists, and swimmers looking for individual coaching and form assesment or run group training for all levels.

Fleshing out a realistic training program based on your fitness level, goals, and time frame is our top priority. With this additional running session, you’ll have an opportunity to personally consult with the Without Limits™ coach of your choice.

During this consultation, you’ll have the chance to discuss various elements of your training including goals, training nutrition, and race nutrition, while our certified USA Track, Field, and Triathlon professional analyze your running form and mechanics. This running program add-on also includes a personal strength training session to kickstart your training.
