Attending Without Limits

We currently offer youth training programs in the Triangle Area of North Carolina

Without Limits™ practices set you up for success by leveraging behavioral synchrony—a human cultural practice that physically coordinates one’s behavior with others to keep individuals together in time. When working together, team members benefit from this behavior by releasing mood-lifting, discomfort suppressing endorphins that reduce their perceived effort of training under a given intensity. Our model creates a structured, synchronized workout environment that fosters success and guarantees an improved athletic training experience.  Check out Coach Josh Estep and the Without Limits Triangle Youth Team.

USA Track and Field certified professional athletic training for your next run race

March 18th-May 31

The Outdoor Track Season is a 12-week session that will run from March 18th to May 31st.

We will continue to offer both competitive and non-competitive options this season. The non-competitive option is for athletes who want to train with the team 2-3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday). The competitive option is for athletes who are ready for additional workouts and racing opportunities. They are invited to train 4-5 times a week and compete in meets.

Our program is designed for athletes aged 7-18. All skill levels are welcome to sign up for the non-competitive option. However, if you are new to the program and would like to sign up for the competitive option, please email Coach Estep ( to set up an evaluation before registering. All elementary aged athletes should register for the “non-competitive” option; however they may compete in meets that allow 3rd-5th grade athletes.

As of 2/18, we are still confirming some reservations. We will update the schedule on TeamSnap as dates and locations are finalized.

In general, our main practice dates (non-competitive and competitive) will be on a local track from 5:30-7:00 PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Locations include Mills Park Middle School, Martin Middle School, and possibly one more local high school track (TBA).

Supplemental trail workouts for runners who have signed up for the competitive option will meet at The American Tobacco Trail – White Oak Church Entrance from 4:30-6:00 PM on most Mondays & Wednesdays.
