We currently offer youth training programs in the Triangle Area of North Carolina
Without Limits™ practices set you up for success by leveraging behavioral synchrony—a human cultural practice that physically coordinates one’s behavior with others to keep individuals together in time. Without Limits TRIANGLE: Fall XC
Without Limits Triangle is a competitive youth running club dedicated to developing distance runners. Our goal is to make training fun while encouraging athletes to push themselves to become better and smarter runners.
2023 Fall XC Programs
We will have two main options for our Fall Cross Country regular season program (Aug-Oct). We will offer our standard WOL Triangle Fall XC training program for athletes who want to train throughout the fall at our main group workouts on Mondays & Wednesdays. These athletes will also have the option to compete in a couple of XC meets throughout the session. Athletes ready for more in-depth training and competitive meets can register for the Triangle Elite Fall XC program. In addition to our main group workouts, the Triangle Elite program will offer 3-4 more training runs throughout the week and compete in larger invitational XC meets. This program requires a tryout/approval first, so please get in touch with Coach Estep before registering. There will be a separate option with a reduced registration fee for athletes who want to compete for Triangle Elite but have time restraints due to competing for their school’s XC team or another sports team (soccer, swim, etc.).
Finally, private coaching is also available. Athletes will receive a personalized training plan for the entire XC season (Aug-Dec), including regular communication with coaches via email, text, and phone. Athletes living in the Triangle area are also invited to join us for in-person training when available.
WOL Triangle Fall XC (Developmental)
August 7th thru October 11th
$250 + online processing fee
*Open to 4th-12th grade athletes (note: elementary-school athletes may not be eligible to compete in meets)
*Group training two days per week
*Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-7:00 PM (Mills Park Middle School)
*Includes two local XC meets
*Practice and race attendance are highly encouraged but not required
*Includes performance tank top
Triangle Elite Fall XC (Competitive)
August 7th thru October 14th
$325 + online processing fee
*Open to 6th-12th grade athletes (Tryout or approval by coach required)
*Group training 4-5 days per week
-Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-7:00 PM (Mills Park Middle School)
-Weekday Supplemental Runs, 4:30-6:00 PM (Umstead Park or ATT)
-Weekend Run (Umstead Park). **Day and time will depend on the meeting schedule.
*Includes six competitive invitational XC meets. (Meet locations include Cary, NC, Kernersville, NC, Charlotte, NC, Hope Mills, NC, & Mechanicsville, VA)
*Athletes are expected to attend practice three days per week and make every effort to participate in scheduled meets.
*Includes Triangle Elite podium shirt
*For new athletes who want to compete in races, there will be an additional $30 fee for your uniform top.
Private Coaching for Fall XC Season
$200 + online processing fee
*Open to 6th-12th grade athletes (limited to six athletes for fall 2023)
*Personalized training plan for the entire fall XC season (includes both run workouts & strength workouts through Footlocker/Nike).
*Access to an online training app, which will allow athletes to see workouts and upload data for a coach to review
*Monthly in-person goal-setting/review meetings
*Weekly check-ins via phone/text to answer questions, plan races, tips, & review training and races.
