We currently offer in-person coaching practices in Charleston, South Carolina.

Without Limits™ practices set you up for success by leveraging behavioral synchrony—a human cultural practice that physically coordinates one’s behavior with others to keep individuals together in time. Youth 2023 Summer Program

$300-$350/ Season & Location

Run / Cross Country Training

Geared towards youth runners and young athletes.

Without Limits Charleston is excited to announce our 2023 Summer Youth Program from May 9th- July 29th. Led by our certified coaches, this 12-week training program will include TWO 5k races, the Race the Landing 5k on May 25th and the finale of the program at the IOP Beach Run 5k on July 29th. The program is open to kids/teens 7-18 years old.

The program will include entry into the two races (including the race t-shirt or other gear), weekly practices (two per week), a Without Limits racing singlet, and more.

An informational kick-off meeting will be held at Fleet Feet Mt. Pleasant on Tuesday, May 2nd at 5pm. Additionally, Fleet Feet Mt. Pleasant will offer a “Gear-Up” weekend on May 12th and 13th when athletes will receive a discount on running shoes.

Practices will last 90 minutes and will be held Tuesdays (5pm), Thursdays (5pm), and will have a specific meeting location each week (see schedule below).

The Youth Program will follow the schedule below. Please note the break for July 4th week.

The Early Bird price for the program is $299 until April 15th, when the price will increase to $349. For families registering two or more children, there will be a $20/child discount code provided. With a Without Limits™ Coach

Geared towards runners, cyclists, and swimmers looking for individual coaching and form assesment or run group training for all levels.

Fleshing out a realistic training program based on your fitness level, goals, and time frame is our top priority. With this additional running session, you’ll have an opportunity to personally consult with the Without Limits™ coach of your choice.

During this consultation, you’ll have the chance to discuss various elements of your training including goals, training nutrition, and race nutrition, while our certified USA Track, Field, and Triathlon professional analyze your running form and mechanics. This running program add-on also includes a personal strength training session to kickstart your training.
