Control…..What are you trying to Control?

It has been particularly cold this year in many areas of the country.  But do we have control of the weather, or can we make use of our time doing something productive that allows us to move forward?

Is someone around you always complaining and bringing you down?  Again, this is something out of your control, and you must learn to listen, let go, and move away from the negative things in your life.  You have no control of others.

Did you schedule a workout with a friend or partner and they bailed on you?  Don’t let them stop you from getting in your session.  Get out there, make an awesome playlist and get your workout in.  You have no control of others, the weather, or what is happening on the outside.  YOU ONLY HAVE CONTROL OF HOW YOU THINK AND WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO!

Trying to control anything else but what you can control….. keeps you LIMITED
