Coach Sami’s 12 Days of Christmas Workout

Christmas Day is coming and many people will be focused on family, food and fun, but why not take a quick break for some exercise.  Grab the kids and enjoy The 12 Days of Christmas (yep…do this just like the song, “On the 1st day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a partridge in a pear tree.  On the 2nd day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, 2 Turtle Doves and a Partridge in a Pear Tree…”Screen-shot-2011-12-24-at-9.02.34-AM

Always WU first and a 12 min light walk or run would be perfect!

Day 1:  1 min run

Day 2:  2X:30 sec side planks

Day 3:  3 push ups

Day 4:  4 reverse crunches

Day 5:   5 Inchworms

Day 6:   6 Russian twists

Day 7:    7 Calf raises

Day 8:    8 Crunches

Day 9::   9 high knees/bootie kick running drill

Day 10:  10 Walking lunges

Day 11:  1 min 10 sec plank

Day 12:  12 super fun burpees

Finish with a Cool Down and head inside and enjoy the day!
