39 min Half Marathon PR in 4 months!!! Logan Bonathan is truly Without Limits. He ran 2:37 for his half in October, started WOL in December and today broke the 2 hour barrier with a 1:58:18 at the Austin Half in Texas. Cool that he is a remote athlete and lives in that awesome city too!!! Logan, Onward and Upward and more amazing adventures and PR’s are headed your way!
Shay Hutchings posted back to back Half Marathons and ran 1:32 today in Palm Springs after running 1:33 last week and bringing home some hardware. If Palm Springs had hills, the half marathon found them, but running strong as always he had a great day! Congrats Shay on 2 strong half marathons!
Oak Island Half
Christine Bean: Enjoying her BA medal!! Her longest run since November, she is running strong and ready for MB half in March.

Who would not want to run for Chocolate? Sounds delightful! Congrats to Catherine Clement on another chapter in the return to racing journey. Her first 15K in Las Vegas and receiving chocolate as the goodies! Sounds pretty perfect and way to go Rockstar!
Camille McKeon had a great training race at the Florida Half Marathon. Awesome work Camille!
How about Jamie Ash from Jacksonville, running a Half Marathon PR of 1:31 from 1:38. HUGE IMPROVEMENT!
Moving from Chocolate to Princesses (Coach Sami would be in heaven), Lisa Kerr took the Glass Slipper Challenge and found the perfect fit. Finishing 6th in AG for the 10K and then running the half marathon at a perfect marathon pace it was goal accomplished! A true Disney Diva!
Couldn’t be more proud of Meghan Patel going sub 2 at the Greenville Half Marathon. Proving to herself that she is strong as ever she is headed home for Quintiles Marathon. Wilmington awaits and another fun event completed. Congrats Meghan on a super awesome day. Maybe she was chasing Coach Tom who finished first in the 5K with Coach Chris from Charleston and Coach Matt from Greenville taking 2nd and 3rd. Congrats Coach.
