Running gets kids outdoors, helping them to build strong bodies and increasing their overall energy. At Without Limits, we embrace this energy, by sharing our love of running with young athletes.

Recognized by the USA Track and Field Association, Without Limits youth program and running camps focus on increasing running endurance, speed, and agility to help athletes maximize their full potential. Our fun, yet challenging environment promotes hard work and instills the notion that there’s, “no limit” to the things you can do.

SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAMS

June 2nd to August 6th

Age: 6 to 14

Cost: $120 for 1x per week or $160 for 2x per week

In variation to our previous training programs this 3 month program will focus on circuit training, building strength, and working on speed and agility. If your child would like to join our team this would be a perfect time to get them going as all of our workouts will be built on the individuals development and progression. We always invite you out to a FREE training session to see if our program fits!Our practices will still have a running component and will target the GTC meets on Tuesday’s at 6pm at Eastside High School and Furman University.
(June 27th through July 7th we will not have practices)
  • Tuesday All Comers Meets @ 6:00pm Eastside/Furman
  • Wednesday Practice @ 5:30pm Legacy Park (336 Rocky Slope Rd, Greenville, SC 29607)
  • Sunday Practice @ 4:00pm Fishers Middle School (575 Millennium Blvd, Greenville, SC 29607)

What to Bring: 

  • Water bottle
  • Towel or Yoga Mat
  • Proper Running Shoes
  • Good Attitude

What to Expect

  • Practices are 60-70 minutes long
  • Include running, jumping, core drills, and games
  • We will have fitness groups (depending on age and ability)
  • This program will help build confidence and fitness

YOUTH FALL CROSS COUNTRY

September 1st to November 24th

Location: Legacy Park & Cleveland Park

Age: 6 to 14

Without Limits Youth Fall XC Program:

If your child would like to join our team this would be a perfect time to get them going as all of our workouts will be built on the individuals development and progression. We always invite you out to a FREE training session to see if our program fits!Our practices will still have a running component and will target one 5k race at the end of the season at the Reedy River 5k and 1 mile run! All runners wanting to extend their season from November 6th through Footlocker, November 24th….. Training Begins November 6th. Footlocker Regionals are November 24 Race Schedule (note: race registrations are not included in the program fee, except Footlocker) I will be sending out discount codes for most of these events we will run this fall so stay tuned.

Greenville Youth Running Series is a four (4) week running program in the spring for kids from Pre-K to 8th grade.In addition to our Sunday Track series we are offering a weekly training session on Wednesday for our Without Limits team members. This program is open to the public and we would like to invite you and your child to participate.

Each Race Series takes place once a week and offers age appropriate running events including the 50 Meter dash, 100 Meter Dash, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the one mile run. While other events are going on there are plenty of bathrooms, baseball fields, and playgrounds for the kids to enjoy before their event. We want to make this a family event as we encourage our parents to take part in the events and help us lead by example for this younger generation.

Kids run each week of the Series for a chance to earn points. At the end of the Series the top boy and girl with the most points in their respective age division receive a Medal. It doesn’t matter how fast or slow you run we encourage all our youth to participate in a healthy activity each day. The registration fee covers the entire four (4) week series and finisher awards for completing in the final series championship race.
