LAKE PLACID IRONMAN

Congrats Jack Carrol: “Had a great race on Sunday at Ironman Lake Placid 2018. Swim was crowded, lots of kicking, most of it was not intentional. Bike was wet, rainey and the hills were long. The run was long along rolling hills and a few mixed larger hills, the temp at night was cool. We do not finish races on our own, there is a whole folks backing us up. For me it was Sue Bark Kristen Smith Jeno, Steven Shade, Bruce Prouty, Gregory Cuozzo. If not for some, I would not have made it to the start line, for others I would not have made it to the finish line. Ironman Lake Placid will definitely push the limits. It is a great race.”
