Walk to Run Program Underway

Our newest program – WALK TO RUN has a goal of getting new people into the sport and getting people back in shape.  This is a practice level where everyone is working toward the same goal….JUST BEING ABLE TO RUN!

Practices are currently Tuesday at 6:00PM, Thursday at 6:00PM and Saturday and 9:00AM.

Coach Faye and Coach Mark will get you motivated and on your feet.
