Mid May Without Limits Updates – Earned Personal Bests!

Michael Enz – 4 PRs set over the last 6 months as a master.  The half marathon, Marathon, 5K and ending with the most recent, his 10K in 36:50IMG_32351

Karen Eckberg – 30:16 in the New Jersey 5miler – 5th overall with strong field and Big PR!

Bella and Olivia Bufalini – PRed at the Leg’s Glow 5K

Mark Dillan 20:53 in the stingray stride.

Mr. Running Anthony Enoch ran the Brooklyn Half and Boston Run to Remember halfs on 5/16/15 and 5/24/15.  This adds to Anthony’s hundreds of races he has accomplished

Raleigh 70.3

Congrats to our Raleigh 70.3 athletes.  Without Limits ended up taking 2nd overall among all the Ironman Clubs in the division 4 category (teams that are the same size as we are)

Steve Risely and John Cockrum broke 5:30 Steve PRed on the run course and his overall time was his best ever!
Jen Spanner and her dad did a relay and finished 5:45!  Team “ITS A SPANNER THING”

Grant Meyers rocks his first half on 8 weeks of training,  Congrats to the rest of the Raleigh crew for helping the Without Limits team earn 2nd place team in our division.  Erik Hoffacker ,  Brian Maynor , Alisha Murray Patrick Horning, Mike Nicholes, Becky Odaniel and Angela Leonard.  Just having the guts to start in tough conditions is sometimes all you need to be inspired to continue!

Congrats to the SOLE SISTAS WITHOUT LIMITS TEAM for winning the largest team and they had some pretty amazing finishes, making the podium numerous times and bringing 62 lovely women! Check out the results!
