Another out of towner, Melanie Meadows, completed the Tour de Cure Cycle. Melanie is training for her first 70.3 and is working hard to show up fit and strong. One of the toughest athletes, I know! Melanie, Congrats on your Rockstar kinda day!

Despite the 100% humidity, Level 1 runners joined the fun @ the Wilm Ortho 5k and ran some of their best times. Ashley Frank broke 24 minutes! Madison Long came in under 31, while Janet Coleman comes in 3rd in AG! Julie Snodgrass is back and jumped right in the fun race helping with the Girls on the Run.  Shannon Maus paced her niece. What a great way to challenge yourself and help the next generation develop healthy habits.
