“Start spreading the news”….Michael Enz ran a 3:04 at NYC Marathon.  This was his first NY Marathon and unfortunately got tripped up at mile 20.  On pace for a good time, this was a setback but he still managed to finish strong!  Congrats dude!   Also, having an awesome race at NYC was Miss Pam Keenan 12187866_599836780154870_9222487372402959059_nrunning strong and headed to London in 2016.  Joanne Harcke and Sam Catlett finished NYC and enjoyed the day just as planned.

Leanne Johnson ran Marine Corps Marathon and realized running through thousands of people takes more energy than previously thought.  leanne had a great race, but ran out of steam after mile 20.  She realized jumping up and down curbs and zig zagging can trash your legs early in a race.  It is all about learning, QWB NEXT!

Roxanne Pearson had a blast at Marine Corps Marathon.  She got to meet Jeff Galloway, the race director, Steve Nearman and Jeff Horowitz.  Talk about really having a fun time she had quite the 26.2 mile journey!  Way to have fun!
