Jenny Perrettet – 1st overall female PR of 1:18:36
Jennifer Lazarski – Goal sub 1:40 – actual time 1:35!!! Wow, we will miss you Jen as you head to DC for travel nursing
Tracy McCullen – 1:38:00 great marathon training, keep up the good work Tracy.
Anthony Enoch 2:35:00 half

Cameron Simmons – 3:20 PR and he got his BQ.  Next up Quinitles to prove he can run under 3:20!
Tim Shelnut Greenville Athlete- 3:28 1st Marathon, incredible TIM! – next up BOSTON QUALIFY
Stephen Kenny – had a great race going until he hurt his foot at mile 16.  Sorry Kenny, you will have your day next time!

 Masters Cross Country

Peggy Conlon with an amazing finish top 30 out of 300 women  beating a former Villanova/Olympian by 8 seconds. Awesome race!!

 

Junior Olympic Nationals – Myrtle Beach, SC

Congrats to Makayla Obremski for her PR in the 3K of 11:41 and then the 1 mile run of 5:47.  She is on aroll!  Congrats to Charles Rooks for competing and Alex Naudad.  I know every one is ready for a break, but what a great season!

Other Notes Results

Evan Pfeiffer ran a BIG PR with a 20+ Minute 5k. Evan is a rising star as one of the leaders at our practices at the ripe old age of 11!

Liesl Cox and James Novak ran together at the Huntersville Half Marathon and paced it to a 1:47.  Rob Reynolds ran a 19:44 at the William Craig Race for life along with Allie Kassons PRing in her latest swim meet in the 400, 200, and 100.  Miss Fish is turning into a Swimmer?  She placed 1st overall in AG in the 400
