“There will be obstacles. There will be doubters. There will be mistakes. But with hard work, there are NO LIMITS to what you can do!”

Oak Island Marathon
Gary Rehak crushed his goal of a sub-2 hour half by running 1:57 in the hot and humid conditions, defining the meaning of Without Limts.

TryCharleston Triathlon
Cynthia Wahl and John Forney kicked off their TRI seasons with great performances (especially on the run) at the TryCharleston triathlon. Keep up the awesome training, can’t wait to see you crush new PRs at your next Tri!

New York City Half Marathon & Rock-n-Roll Half Marathon, Nashville
Olivia Coco ran a new half marathon PR of 1:39 at the NYC Half! She cut over three minutes off of her PR. Then in late April, Olivia ran another solid half marathon finishing the Rock n Roll Nashville in 1:42, in conditions so hot that they had to start the race early. Another excellent example of EMBRACING THE CHALLENGE. Way to go Olivia!

Youth

Cortez Gonzalez is off to a great start for his freshman year of high school track. He has been an important contributor to his team and has re-written his PRs for 800m (2:17), 1600m (5:05), and 3200m (11:23). Cortez finished his freshman year of track with an 11th place finish in the 1600m and a 10th place finish in the 3200m at his Region Championship. He finished the season with a new PR of 10:54 in the 3200m. Way to burn the track Cortez.

Brittani Barratt was nominated for new female athlete of the year at Newberry College!

CONGRAULATIONS TO ALL OUR AMAZING ATHLETES.
