Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series – Race #3
What an awesome race! We had great weather conditions and great support. Thank you to everyone (Harry, Jonathan, Tyler and Kyle) who came out and cheered the team on.
Special congratulations to Amy Cooper on her 2nd place AG award and of course PR! Coach Chris blazed in at 3rd place OA with an awesome time of 59:09. Patrick ran a strong time of 1:03:06, placing him 14th OA. More great team results:

Too Hot To Handle 15k
Olivia Coco finished 8th overall and 1st in her AG in Texas! It wasn’t too hot for her, she rocked it!
Rock “n” Roll Half Marathon
Anne Wulf represented us well at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon in Chicago. Anne used this as a race-cation to break up her training for the Richmond Marathon in November. Jumping into big races during training is always a great way to challenge yourself and have fun!
Without Limits Cross Country Camp
Cortez attended the WOL Cross Country camp in Banner Elk and represented WOL Charleston very well! Tez won his heat of the 3k XC camp race and was the 5th fastest camper overall.
Ironman Ohio 70.3
Chris Korey finished Ironman Ohio 70.3 in 5:42, which is a 15 min personal best! This included PRs for his bike and run splits. Way to go Chris!
Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series – Race #4
Amy Cooper won her AG with a huge PR of 1:16! Amy heads into the championship race with a chance to win the series!!!!
Anne-Patrick Moore had a PR and placed top 10 in her AG!
Cynthia Wahl went B2W to PR and placed 6th in her AG. She was super steady and had the 4th fastest AG splits in swim, bike, and run!
Jesse Leonard placed 2nd in his AG with a new PR of 1:11!
Patrick Brooks finished with a PR of just under 1:01 and his highest ever finish with 8th overall!
Coach Chris placed 3rd overall, plus a new PR of 58:54.
