We have so much to much to be thankful for this holiday season: thankful for the ability to have a healthy body to be able to run; thankful for friends to share our day and training time with throughtout the year; thankful for patient families who indulge our crazy training days; thankful for patient coaches (I know mine is patient for sure) who allow us crazy ideas and nurture our dreams; thankful for our various communities and the work they do to improve our lives. As a coach, thankful for awesome athletes and awesome individuals who strive to be the best athlete they can be, but besides that for giving their time to each other to make our community even stronger.
