Charleston Athletes Rocked May Races

Our Charleston Athletes ran strong and brought home amazing PRs and some hardware! Congratulations to everyone who raced, paced and cheered. You all are defining what it means to Embrace the Challenge and live Without Limits!
Rock-n-Roll Nashville
Olivia Coco ran 1:42 at the Rock n Roll Nashville Half Marathon to place in the top 1% of her AG at a large race! That is huge, congratulations Olivia.
Track Season
Jackson Barnard capped off his track season (where he ran PRs in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m) by qualifying for the SCHSL 5A State Meet Prelims
Bulldog Breakaway
Joe Cristaldi placed 1st overall male and 2nd overall at the Bulldog Breakaway 5k, just about 10 seconds off of his lifetime PR
Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series- Race #1
Amy Cooper placed 4th in her AG at her very first triathlon and Cynthia Wahl placed 5th in her AG with an improved run at the first portion of the race (Race #1). You girls are rock stars!
Gracie’s Hope 5k
Bronwen O’Shea placed 2nd overall at the Gracie’s Hope 5k
Daniel Island Happy Hour 5k
Greg Barratt placed 6th overall at the Daniel Island Happy Hour 5k. Such a fun race!
RiverDogs Run Forrest Run 5k
Kate Moon was 3rd place AG at the RiverDogs Run Forrest Run 5k

Floppin’ Flounder 5k:
All of our participating athletes ran great races and we are so very proud of you!

RnR San Diego Half:
Andrea Rose helped pace her sister to a sub-2 hour clocking with a 1:57 finish time. This was Andrea’s longest postpartum run! And an excellent teammate.
