Alecia Williams: Works 60+ hours a week, A Mom, and Still Manages to Go Beyond Her Limits

To me, “Without Limits” means performing to your FULLEST, God-given potential (in every area of your life) despite any circumstance or obstacle that tries to inhibit you from doing so. And I am certainly one who has faced a lot of adversity in training due to just about every freak injury you can imagine. Injuries can be discouraging, but those are the times when I’d have to ask myself, “will I let this LIMIT me, should I give up and throw in the towel”? No! “I AM WITHOUT LIMITS”! I will get past this, and I will focus on what I can do and not what I can’t do!”

The brand not only applies to training, it applies to all aspects of life. God gives us unique abilities and talents. He does not put limits on us, “we” put limits on ourselves mostly through our thoughts, lack of confidence, doubts… more often people focus on what they “can’t” do. This is why I love our brand “Without Limits” because it aligns with one of my favorite “go to” scriptures! I even say this to myself when I’m struggling through a tough running race or triathlon. That verse is, “I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me.” Phillipians 4:13. I AM WITHOUT LIMITS!
